OVERVIEW
Remedy Healthcare helps to improve the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of people. In view of supporting clients to prolong the likelihood for total knee reconstructions (TKR), a self-online assessment tool was developed to see possibility of helping them to have fewer hospital claims and admissions.
Approach
Using customer insights from Remedy Healthcare clinical physiotherapists, I design and coded a mobile-responsive online self-assessment to help a person identified the condition of their knee. From the results, this triage the person to receive the help and support they needed.
RESULT
An online self-assessment with a set of questionnaires in response to condition of the person’s knee. The result would than determine the correct health coaching consultation to reduce customers likelihood of needing a total knee reconstruction in the future.
